I stepped outside and got some fresh rosemary for this roast of spaghetti squash, carrots, and onions. Even with mincing the herbs and a little garlic, I had the pans in the oven in 5 minutes.

I came home from farmer's market table with 5 peaked bouquets of cilantro last Sunday. The first couple days I chopped up leaves for any number of meals, but then on a whim I made pesto.
