		<description>This is a salad I must make soon. I have the Laurel&#039;s Kitchen cookbook but will probably not find it until I am able to unpack all of my boxes of books after we can move into the house. The house, BTW, has not been started yet. Next week we hope.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m with you on cider vinegar—it provides a flavorful and not too sharp acidity. I like it and use it often. Perhaps the stricture pertains more to wine vinegars.</description>
