Froggie Wedding of the Year

28 March 2010 by Jean Johnson

Celeste, our measure free cover girl, has finally tied the knot with Mr. HH! It was a lovely Friday evening froggie wedding.

We’re expecting it to get scooped by all the society pages–and for book sales to be brisk.

Just remember, you saw it here first!

PS–If you’re wondering why the frog stuff on a cooking blog, it’s about lightening up and having fun. About leaving our measuring cups behind and taking back our kitchens for our health and our wealth. So you decide. Are you up for a subversive hurrah?!?

  2. What a wonderful wedding ceremony! I have never seen one exactly like that one :-)
Celeste and HH seem quite compatible, a good match!
All of your efforts were executed in the finest manner, and you should be quite proud of your contributions. They were simply the delightful and most appreciated by Celeste, I am sure, as well as all of us that were unable to join in the party – we lived it all vicariously and it was quite the entertainment half hour of 2010.
Wonderful wishes for many fronds to Celeste and HH,
    Mary

  7. Appreciate you chiming in Pat. We had fun–and hope it helps with marketing Hippie Kitchen.

  8. WOW! What cool fun! I missed this, Jean, because I didn’t know you last March. This is the best marketing plan to promote a book I have ever seen.

BTW – I noticed the tiny guests lined up in the zester – my favorite kitchen gadget and the one I use every single day. I zest organic lemon peel into my green tea every morning and zest hard cheese over salads, pasta, you name it for meals. I have no idea how I got to be so old and never knew what I was missing. Thanks again for the zester.

  9. May blessings fall like rain on phrogs everywhere. Such a royal couple. I suppose they had florets of broccoli tied to their getaway carriage? Thanks for your additions to our lives.
