		<description>Hi, Jean, this is amazing. I am definitely going to make this and I even have an old fashioned meat grinder. However, I think it has already been packed for THE MOVE. :(  I&#039;ll have to find another way to grind. I love that there are only 4 ingredients and that this is a no-bake treat which means no added electrical use in the making. :D</description>

		<description>However, putting salt in the sugar bowl as an April Fool&#039;s Day prank did not amuse my Dad in the slightest. I can laugh now but I sure found out how fast I could run when he tasted his morning coffee that day.  LOL!!!</description>

Indeed, that&#039;s why salted caramel is all the rage now. And why we love Thai food so. And why our grandmothers at the very least put a pinch of regular salt in sweets. 

A little salt alongside sugar is tantalizing. Especially when it&#039;s coarse and used sparingly, it&#039;s pretty nifty.</description>
