The Farmers Market is always expensive, so I have to budget for items that I don't grow myself or don't have room for. Maybe someone passionate about it could start up the Farmers Co-op and run it in a store similar to the one you wrote about. That could be really cool, and even provide a lovely daily venture rather than sticking to just Tuesdays and Saturdays. Thanks for writing about this - I love it.
