		<description>Hello!  I just sampled the &quot;rolled ups&quot; from your book and they were fantastic.  I stuffed them with leek confit, and they were so so  yummy.  Thanks for making crepes easy and accessible.  (leek confit is simply chopped up leeks, a little butter and water, simmered for a half hour)</description>
