Clearly a copy of Cooking Beyond Measure wrapped up in kitchen towel figures as one of my all time favorite things–proud mama that I am. It does with Susan and Paul Coleman, too, who came up with this festive offering.
I hope whoever gets this copy of Beyond Measure from the Coleman’s considers making Rolled Ups from the Breakfast chapter over the holidays. Rolled Ups (or crepes as the French call them) are perfect for when you’re in the mood to mix it up in the kitchen a bit more than usual. I did some of these yummy thin pancakes at a book signing recently where the smell of them browning in melted butter drew serious attention.
