Microplanes do such wonderful things to food. Use a petite one to grate nutmeg over your latte in the morning. Or nab the grande sized tool for zesting citrus and turning Parmesan into the stuff of the goddesses.

That post on the web site didn’t show up until today!!!! Oh thank you so much for that special note- I will show everyone at work your special mention. My birthday is over and done with- had a Mexican dinner at a local TEX-MEX restaurant and savored it all- oh how I have missed it!
